Two ways to secure your seats
When you've found a show you fancy, the next step should be clear. Tickets are usually around £15 to £28, with two booking paths depending on the event. You can use an external JokePit route where a booking fee applies, or choose an eligible direct House Of Stand Up booking with no booking fee and one flat £1.75 administration charge per transaction. For the direct route, you choose your show and send your name, email address, mobile number, venue, event date and ticket quantity. We then send a unique Zettle by PayPal payment link by text, usually within four hours, so you can pay securely without a long checkout trail.

Know what happens after you pay
A direct payment link stays live until midnight the following day, so it's worth completing it while the show is fresh in mind. Once payment is made, your name and ticket quantity are added to the guest list, and your text confirmation or payment receipt is what you use for admission. That direct route applies to eligible non-theatre events only, so theatre bookings in Oxted and Leatherhead follow their own ticketing arrangements. If a registered disabled guest needs essential companion support, House Of Stand Up can apply a 50% companion ticket discount, and proof of disability registration may be requested.
Frequently asked questions
How does the direct no booking fee route work?
Choose your show, then send your name, email address, mobile number, venue, event date and ticket quantity. We text you a unique Zettle by PayPal payment link, usually within four hours, so you can complete the booking and have your details added to the guest list.
Can I use direct booking for theatre shows?
No. The direct payment-link route is for eligible non-theatre events only. Theatre shows in Oxted and Leatherhead follow their own ticketing arrangements, so always read the event page before you book to make sure you use the correct route.
What do I need for admission on the night?
After a direct payment, your name and ticket quantity are added to the guest list. On the night, bring the text confirmation or payment receipt you received, as that is used for admission alongside the guest list entry.
